Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
SDRs and small outbound teams who already hold prospect lists get a researched opening line for each person from Warmer, without reading every profile by hand. Size the plan by people rather than emails, because every lead processed uses one credit, and note that API access and email validation start at Professional. The 14-day trial needs no card, so the lines can be tried on a real list before paying.
Sign up with Google or a work email, upload a CSV of prospects, and Warmer processes each person as one lead: it gathers profile and company data, writes the personalisation options and, on plans that include it, validates the email address. The finished list downloads as a CSV, goes to Mailshake through the built-in connection, or, from Professional up, is pulled through Warmer's RESTful API, whose documentation link leads to the account sign-in.
Prices sit in the pricing section of Warmer's home page, in bare dollar figures with no currency code. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically. The terms of service and privacy policy are both dated January 2021.
Uploaded content stays the user's property, with Warmer receiving a licence to use it for the service, and the user is responsible for having the rights to process the personal data in their lists. The privacy policy names OpenAI for content generation and Stripe for payments and says data is encrypted; the acceptable-use terms forbid sending spam or unsolicited messages.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Each lead is filled in from social profiles (job title, company details, recent activity) and from company data (size, industry, recent news, funding) before any line is written.
Every processed lead returns five personalisation options. 'LinkedIn AI' lines are written with generative AI, which the vendor says gives more varied results; 'LinkedIn Standard' lines are built from facts on the profile such as education, awards or tenure. Profiles with little information may get Standard lines only.
Addresses are tested for deliverability before you send, to cut bounces; validation is included from the Professional plan up.
Warmer calls itself an official Mailshake partner, and the connection is made from Settings > Integrations. Otherwise results leave as a CSV for any sales tool, with JSON export and a RESTful API from Professional.

One person processed. A CSV of 25 leads uses 25 credits, and each lead comes back with five personalisation options. The home page puts the cost at about $0.12 per lead on Growth, $0.05 on Professional and $0.02 on Scale, its own rounded figures.
Yes, at the level of the personalised line. Alongside the enrichment data, each lead gets AI-generated 'LinkedIn AI' lines or 'LinkedIn Standard' lines assembled from profile facts, and the help centre notes that sparse profiles may only produce Standard lines.
The trial can be ended without charge, and Warmer's help centre describes cancelling a paid subscription at any time with one click in Billing Settings. Refunds are not automatic: the terms say requests are considered case by case through support.
