Podcasters, coaches and marketers turning long recordings into short social clips can start free: the free plan gives 60 credits a month with 720p exports, a Vizard.ai watermark and short project retention, which Vizard's pages state two ways. Creator removes the watermark and adds 4K export and scheduling; Business adds a shared workspace and brand kit. Refunds are limited to unused purchases within a week.
Upload or link a long video and Vizard proposes captioned, reframed clips, which you adjust in the text-based editor before exporting or publishing, or, from Creator, scheduling; Business can also save clips to Google Drive. New sign-ups start on the free plan.
Creator and Business are sold monthly or yearly in credit tiers; the pricing page labels the yearly option '50% OFF', and the yearly selector runs from 7,200 to 74,400 credits a year. Plans renew automatically; cancelling from account settings is possible at any time and takes effect when the current cycle ends. The help centre and terms allow a refund request within seven days of purchase only if the service has not been used, or for a billing error, and the help centre adds that refunds for other reasons may incur processing fees. On the iPhone app, the App Store lists Creator purchases of $29.99 a month for 600 credits, $48.00 a month for 1,000, $149.00 a month for 3,000, $199.00 a year for 7,200 and $979.00 a year for 36,000; these are iOS in-app prices.
Vizard's data-safety article (September 2024) says it uses third-party AI models alongside its own and stores videos on AWS servers in California with AES-256 encryption. The terms of service were last updated on 31 October 2022.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Vizard finds the key moments in a long video, cuts them into short clips, adds captions and reframes them.
Highlights can also be picked by hand in a text-based editor, alongside the AI's selections.
The plan table lists AI B-roll on every plan, subtitle translation on Creator and Business, and saving to Google Drive on Business only.
Clips can be published straight to social media; scheduling social posts starts at Creator, with 6 connected accounts on Creator and 20 on Business.
A RESTful JSON API offers the same abilities as the web app, rate-limited by plan, with a ready-made n8n workflow template and a downloadable skill that lets AI coding assistants trigger clipping and social publishing. The vendor says the API supports over 30 languages.
A companion iPhone app (iOS 15 or later) is published on the App Store by Vizard, Corp.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
Yes, there is a forever-free plan: 60 credits a month (60 minutes of uploaded video), 720p exports with a Vizard.ai watermark and one connected social account, and new sign-ups start on it. Watermark removal and 4K export start at Creator.
One credit is one minute of uploaded video, charged once per project whether you use the video for AI clipping, transcription or both. A January 2025 help article says monthly upload minutes renew each month and accumulate into the next.
Vizard's pages differ: the pricing page and the free-plan help article say projects expire after 3 days, while a September 2024 data-safety article says free uploads are deleted 7 days after upload. Confirm with Vizard if retention matters.
Its data-safety article (September 2024) says customer data has not been and will not be used to train its models.
