Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Small service businesses and agencies wanting a support and lead-capture bot on their site and WhatsApp number can start on Robofy's Free plan, which carries Robofy branding. Read the paid plans carefully: Robofy's own pricing page publishes Starter's price, the chatbot counts and the credit allowances two different ways, so confirm the figures with Robofy before buying. Every AI message, voice minute and extra training page spends credits.
Create an agent, train it on your web pages, files and FAQs, set up actions and human handoff, then embed it on your site or connect a WhatsApp Business number; WhatsApp setup is self-serve, with onboarding support on Pro and above. Plans list Facebook Messenger, Zoom and Calendly connections, APIs and webhooks, and leads can be routed to a CRM or a Google Sheet. Enterprise customers get a guided launch programme of about four weeks.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly; the pricing page labels yearly billing '-33%' and '4 months free', and its FAQ says annual plans are 33% off. Plans can be changed from the dashboard and monthly plans carry no lock-in. The cancellation and refund policy allows cancelling at any time and offers a 14-day 'no-questions-asked' refund guarantee, refunded by NEFT within up to 15 days, though the same document calls payment generally non-refundable outside that guarantee and excludes a change of mind or a mistaken purchase from cancellation. A fair use policy caps each account at 30 messages a minute and 5,000 a day, including plans labelled 'Unlimited'.
Robofy's pricing page publishes several plan figures two ways, and neither reading is the settled one. Starter is listed at $40 a month on the plan card and $19 a month in the page's FAQ and structured data. The Free plan's credits appear as 4,500 one-time credits on the card and as 1,500 AI credits, 'free forever', in the structured data. Monthly credit allowances read 60,000 credits (card) or 5,000 credits (structured data) on Starter, 1,000,000 credits (card) or 30,000 credits (structured data) on Pro, and 4,000,000 credits (card) or 50,000 credits (structured data) on Enterprise. Chatbot counts read 2 on the Starter card against 5 in the comparison table, FAQ and structured data, and 10 on the Pro card against 50 in the comparison table and structured data.
Robofy states it is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, hosts on AWS in the EU-West (Ireland) region by default, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and publishes a sub-processor list, which includes Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, and a DPA.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Train an agent on web pages, PDFs and FAQs; it answers customer questions, captures and qualifies leads and routes them to a CRM or a Google Sheet.
Agents can call external APIs to take actions such as bookings or CRM updates, and hand conversations to staff when needed.
Deploy by embed or the WordPress plugin (with a WooCommerce variant), or on WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API; Robofy says it is a Meta Tech Partner for that API.
Every AI message, voice-AI minute and extra training page or file spends credits, and paid plans can top up with credits that do not expire.
Agencies can resell Robofy under their own brand on separate, annually billed white-label plans sized by client licences and managed from a white-label panel; their clients need no Robofy account.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
Robofy's pricing page gives two prices: $19 a month in its FAQ and structured data, and $40 a month on the plan card. Confirm the current figure with Robofy before subscribing; Pro is $99 a month.
Text replies, voice minutes and training: 60 credits per AI message, 600 per voice-AI minute and 250 per extra training page or file, with $1 buying 10,000 credits. Paid plans can add 200,000 credits for $20, and those top-up credits do not expire.
Within 14 days, under the policy's 'no-questions-asked' guarantee; outside it, Robofy's cancellation and refund policy says payment is generally non-refundable. The same policy also lists cases in which a cancellation will not be processed, including simply changing your mind or buying by mistake, so its sections pull in different directions. Refunds are paid by NEFT and can take up to 15 days to arrive.
