Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
If you run one Google Business Profile with a steady flow of reviews and want them answered without writing each reply, Resparo is built for you. The free plan works on your real profile, with unlimited drafts and 10 posted replies a month, so you can judge the replies before paying. Before trusting it with Autopilot, watch which negative reviews it holds back for you.
Setup is one Google sign-in that links your Business Profile, then a few minutes of questions that shape the voice; after that you review, edit or regenerate each draft and send it. Resparo also has a separate free reply-generator page for pasting a single review, which drafts a reply for you to copy into Google yourself and never posts.
What happens after a draft depends on your plan: the how-it-works page says that on Free you send each reply with a tap, and that on Pro, Autopilot can post the easy, high-rating ones itself. Which reviews are always held is described three ways: the home page holds only reviews making a specific, checkable claim, such as a billing dispute; the how-it-works page holds anything negative or about health, money or an incident; and the terms say replies to the lowest-rated reviews are never published automatically by default. If hands-off posting matters to you, watch how it sorts your own reviews before switching Autopilot on.
Quick fit check against how you actually work.
What you can actually do with this tool.
Resparo watches the linked Google Business Profile, has a reply ready within minutes of each new review and emails you when one arrives, so answering no longer depends on remembering to check.
A few setup questions capture your tone, the phrases you use and the words you would never use. Any reply can still be edited or regenerated before it posts.
Reviews Resparo treats as sensitive are not posted on their own: the reply is written and waits for your one-tap approval.
It runs in a desktop browser, or you can add it to a phone's home screen; sign-up is with Google or email, and there is no browser extension or copy-paste step.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
Yes. The pricing page calls it free forever, not a trial. The how-it-works page says free-plan replies are sent with a tap, while the home page's structured data describes the free plan as posting automatically; Autopilot is listed as a Pro feature.
The pricing page lists no add-ons, credits or overages and says the number shown is the number on your bill, but the terms say prices exclude taxes, which the payment provider adds based on your location. If you cancel, Pro access runs to the end of the paid period.
Resparo stores your Google access tokens, encrypted at rest, along with review content, reviewer names and your reply history, which it keeps for 12 months, and removes personal data within 30 days of account deletion. Its terms say your business data and reviews are not used to train AI models; the privacy policy qualifies this with "without your explicit consent" and says the AI provider, which it does not name, does not train on the data by default.
The terms and privacy policy name the provider only as "Resparo", under the laws of the jurisdiction where it operates, and the pricing page names its founder, Shazaib; support is by email. The service is young, with terms in effect since 21 May 2026. The terms make you responsible for every reply posted, whether automatically or after your approval.
