Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
ReplyWithCare helps with the wording, not the workflow, so its natural user answers reviews by hand across several sites. The free tier needs no account, so you can test the tone on a few real reviews today. Pro covers one location at 500 replies a month; Agency is the plan that lists several locations, though the vendor roadmap still shows multi-location support as planned, so confirm it before buying for several locations.
ReplyWithCare works as a writing aid rather than a review inbox. You copy a review from wherever it was left, paste it into the generator, set the tone (and on Pro the language and length), and copy the result back to the review site, editing it there if you like. There is no profile connection, so nothing is monitored, imported or posted on your behalf; the bulk generator still needs each review pasted in.
That makes it easy to try and easy to leave, but it suits a modest review flow better than a busy multi-location one. The vendor says it runs on Google's Gemini models with its own prompts. A Chrome extension appears on its roadmap as planned and not yet released, so today it is a web tool only.
Quick fit check against how you actually work.
What you can actually do with this tool.
You pick the site the review came from, and ReplyWithCare says the draft follows that site's conventions, such as a signed management response for Tripadvisor or a short, human reply for Yelp. Any other review you can copy works too.
On Pro, 1 to 3 star reviews get an empathy-first structure with an optional line inviting the customer to a private conversation.
Pro and Agency take up to 10 pasted reviews in one go and return the replies together, ready to copy or download as a CSV.
Pro keeps your business name, city, industry and default tone so each draft is personalised, and lets you save your best replies as tagged templates.
Agency customers can generate replies from their own systems through a REST endpoint, sharing the plan's monthly allowance.
Pricing tiers and what's included in each.
Common questions about this tool, answered.
The pricing page advertises a 3-day Pro trial with no card, but its own FAQ says the trial backend is still rolling out and that support enables it in the meantime. Other ReplyWithCare pages describe it differently: its roadmap lists the trial as shipped, and its llms.txt summary page gives a 14-day trial with Pro. Ask support how it works before you rely on it.
Its pages give two versions. The pricing page lists Starter free at 3 replies a day, Pro at $9 a month or $69 a year and Agency at $29 a month or $199 a year. Its llms.txt summary page lists four tiers: a free tier given as 10 replies a day in one place and 3 a day in another, a paid Starter at $3 a month or $19 a year for 100 replies a month, Pro at $7 a month or $57 a year, and Agency at the same $29 or $199. Its API section says the API shares the user's daily generation quota, given as 2 a day free and 200 a day on Pro, figures that match neither page's generator allowance; the API documentation describes API access as an Agency feature sharing Agency's 3,000 monthly replies. Confirm the plan, allowance and price at checkout. Indian customers are billed in rupees at India-specific rates; the dollar prices are for everyone else.
The home page says a free account adds six more platform presets, saved history and the bulk generator, but the pricing page lists history and bulk generation as Pro features and shows no separate free-account tier. Confirm with ReplyWithCare which extras a free account includes before relying on them.
ReplyWithCare says pasted reviews and replies are not kept after your session, yet Pro keeps your recent replies and an account saves reply history, and no retention periods are given. On training, the about page says customer data and private replies never train public AI models, while the privacy policy says data is used to improve its AI models anonymously.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. The refund policy offers a 7-day refund on the first payment, requested by email. The site describes cancelling both from your account and by emailing support.
