Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Reply Champion bundles Google replies, review requests and a quarterly look at recurring complaints into one subscription, from $10 a month for one or two locations. The catch is that no plan card states how many AI replies each plan includes, and the trial's 10 responses will not show it, so a high-volume location should ask Reply Champion for the allowance before buying.
After a Google sign-in you connect a verified Business Profile that you own or manage, choose the location, and set the reply language, sensitive-review guardrails and star-rating automation before anything is drafted; no reply posts the moment you connect. New reviews then arrive with drafts written from the review, its rating, your category and your recent replies, which the vendor says helps vary the wording.
The other half of the product is getting more reviews. Requests go out as emails you send now or schedule; they are not triggered by an appointment, job or till system, and text-message requests are a separately billed add-on described in the terms. Reply Champion's own guide says each campaign should invite every customer under the same rule regardless of satisfaction, and that the private feedback option should not be used to hide the public review link.

What you can actually do with this tool.
You decide which ratings post automatically and which wait for you, and you confirm these settings before any reply is created. The vendor recommends keeping 1 and 2 star reviews and anything medical, legal, financial or about billing in approval.
Reply Champion says healthcare businesses cannot switch on automatic posting at all and that every draft is screened for patient details before approval. It calls itself "HIPAA-aware, not a guarantee of HIPAA compliance", and says its legal safeguards do not replace ethics guidance.
Upload a customer list or add people by hand, and Reply Champion sends emails with your Google review link and a private contact option, with one optional reminder and tracking of opens, clicks and private feedback.
A periodic analysis of your Google reviews covering sentiment, six-month rating trends, recurring praise and complaints, low-rating risks and reply coverage, ending in suggested next actions.

There is a 7-day free trial with 10 AI-generated responses and no card. During the trial you can reply only to reviews from the last 60 days; paid plans get a one-time catch-up of older unanswered reviews, which the vendor says depends on review age and plan allowance. The pricing page shows paid plans only.
By the number of connected Google locations: one or two on Small Business, up to 10 on Growth, up to 25 on Scale, with custom pricing beyond that. One of the vendor's healthcare pages describes a flat $10 a month with no per-location charges, while the pricing page prices by location range; if you have more than two locations, confirm with Reply Champion which applies before you subscribe.
Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled at any time, with access until the paid period runs out, and seasonal businesses can pause a monthly plan instead. The terms offer a full refund within 14 days of the first payment.
Not on the listed plans. The terms describe an optional SMS add-on with a registration fee and message credits billed separately; its prices are not shown on the pricing page. You can also copy a ready-made text yourself.
The connection asks for Google's business.manage scope plus basic profile and email, used to read reviews, post replies and keep location data current. The privacy policy says reviews go to AI providers for reply generation without naming them or addressing whether your reviews train AI models, and says personal information is not sold. Under the terms you remain responsible for every reply that posts, automatic or not.
