What is this tool?

The strongest fit is a Google-only local business that wants every review answered without writing each reply, run by a sole owner who is happy to approve from a dashboard. Decide early whether you want hands-off posting and review analysis, because both are Pro features, and note that each account is built for a single owner with no team seats.

Setup is a Google sign-in by an owner or manager of a verified profile. RepliFast describes the access it then asks for as reading the profile and its reviews and posting replies, and says it cannot see your email or other Google services. RepliFast's help pages also describe Visibility tools that edit the services on your profile and publish Google posts to it. Its setup guide, help-centre FAQ and privacy policy do not name the exact Google permissions involved, so check what Google asks you to approve when you connect. You then tune the voice and house rules, and the dashboard fills with drafts as reviews arrive. Each location has its own voice, rules and allowance.

From there the workflow forks by plan. On Free and Starter you approve and post every reply yourself. On Pro, Autopilot posts the ratings you hand off within minutes, holds the rest, and the insights view turns the same reviews into a list of things to fix.

Is this right for you?

Quick fit check against how you actually work.

Choose this if
  • Your reviews are on Google and you want replies drafted and posted from one dashboard
  • Routine high-star replies should go out automatically while every 1 or 2 star reply waits for you
  • You want a recurring summary of what customers praise and complain about, not just replies
  • You run several locations and want per-location pricing that drops as you add more
Consider alternatives if
  • Reviews on Yelp, Tripadvisor or Facebook need answering too, which RepliFast does not cover; it handles Google reviews only
  • Several people need their own logins or you manage clients: accounts are designed for a single owner, with no team seats or client workspaces
  • You want hands-off posting or review analysis without paying for Pro: Autopilot and insights are Pro features (included in the trial)

Key features

What you can actually do with this tool.

Drafts waiting for new reviews

On Pro, RepliFast says a new Google review usually shows up in the dashboard about ten minutes after it is posted, with a reply already drafted, so answering takes one click or a quick edit.

Star-rating rules for Autopilot

On Pro you choose whether Autopilot only drafts, posts 4 and 5 star replies, or posts everything except 1 and 2 stars, set per location. The low ratings are never posted automatically.

A pause for details only you know

RepliFast says it holds a reply, even under Autopilot, when a review mentions something only the owner would know, such as a named staff member or an incident, and asks you for a line of context.

Backlog catch-up

When you connect, past reviews are imported and drafts are written for the ones that never got an answer, so you can approve them in bulk. Pro drafts the whole backlog; on Starter it counts against the 200 monthly replies.

Review Insights on Pro

A weekly digest and in-app views of average rating, response rate, the themes customers praise or complain about with example quotes, and suggested next steps, compared across periods and locations.

Frequently asked

Common questions about this tool, answered.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts get full Pro for 14 days or 15 posted replies, whichever comes first, with no card, and then drop to the Free plan rather than being charged. RepliFast's pages differ on how many locations the trial covers, so check before connecting several.

Can I get a refund?

The pricing page offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan, while the terms of service say fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period; annual billing is a 12-month commitment that the pricing page says you can still cancel, without saying whether unused months are refunded.

Will RepliFast ever post a reply I have not approved?

Only on Pro or during the trial, and only under the Autopilot rules you switch on; Free and Starter never post on their own. Some of its setup copy says nothing posts until you approve it, which describes the default rather than Autopilot.

What else changes the price?

Prices are in USD before VAT or sales tax and are per covered location, with each extra location costing less as you add more (on Pro, $12, then $5, then $3 a month). A discount of up to 50% is offered to eligible businesses in lower-income countries; the pricing page describes applying for it, while a help page says it is applied automatically.

What does RepliFast do with my data?

Its privacy policy says Google data is used only for review management and is not resold, that review content is cached for no more than 30 days, and that Google data is deleted within 7 days of disconnecting. The policy does not say whether your reviews are used to train AI models. It names OpenAI as the reply-generation provider, and another RepliFast page also names Anthropic.

Who runs RepliFast?

SOULRISE LLC of Miami, Florida. RepliFast's founder says they are the whole team and answer support email personally, usually within a business day; a one-person operation is worth weighing for continuity.
