Polymer suits an e-commerce operator, marketer or agency who wants dashboards from Shopify, Google Analytics and ad data without a data analyst, and a product team that needs embedded analytics. Before the trial ends, check how often your data must sync, how many PolymerAI chat responses you will use, and whether you need the API, which the pricing page shows under Enterprise alone and whose starting price, on the home page, is $500 a month.
The trial starts on the v3 app, where the first job is connecting data: a Shopify store, Google Analytics, ad accounts, a Google Sheet or an uploaded file, Jira, Zendesk, Stripe and the rest of the available list. Polymer then generates AI dashboards or you assemble boards, and each board is shared or embedded. Higher plans add editors and accounts per connector and sync more often.
Some sources you may expect are not there yet. The integrations page marks Twitter Ads, Amazon Ads, Salesforce, Search Console, HubSpot, Instagram Business, WooCommerce and BigCommerce as 'Coming Soon', and Salesforce should not be treated as available even though the site navigation lists it.
Billing is monthly or yearly by major credit card through Stripe. Subscriptions are not refundable and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, though the FAQ invites refund requests by contact; upgrades are prorated against unused funds and downgrades credited. The terms describe the 7-day trial as a temporary, possibly limited version of the service whose data may be deleted after it expires unless a paid plan is bought.
Uploaded data is encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256, stays within Polymer's service environment except in limited cases such as resolving a customer request, and can be deleted by the user, metadata included.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Connect a source and Polymer generates dashboards and insights, or you build boards yourself. Sync frequency is the plan difference that shows up daily: automatic daily on Starter, hourly on Pro and Teams, real-time on Enterprise.
Questions asked in the chat draw on an allowance of 10, 20 or 30 responses on Starter, Pro and Teams; the card does not say over what period. Enterprise's chat is 'Unlimited' in the vendor's word.
Boards can be embedded in other apps through an embed auth-token API, and a REST API covering workspaces, sources, datasets, boards and embeds is documented. On the pricing page, API access appears only under Enterprise; the home page prices API access from $500 a month, with custom plans available.
Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Drive, XLS/CSV upload, Google Sheets, Jira, Linear, Airtable, Dropbox, Zendesk and Stripe are marked available; Snowflake and BigQuery have source endpoints in the API documentation.

Polymer does not say on the pages that describe the trial. What its terms do say is that the trial is a temporary and possibly limited version of the service, and that data provided during it may be deleted after it expires unless you buy a paid subscription.
The Starter, Pro and Teams cards bill Shopify on top, at $3 a month per store, in addition to the plan price; the Enterprise card does not mention it.
Automatically once a day on Starter, hourly on Pro and Teams, and in real time on Enterprise. If a morning report needs last night's orders, daily syncing may be enough; intraday dashboards need Pro or above.
