Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
ParagraphAI suits people who write many short messages and emails, often on a phone, and want them corrected or rephrased in one tap. It works on text you paste or type rather than connecting to a mailbox, so it helps you write a reply but does not manage email. The free plan's 5 uses a day and 1,000-character input are enough to try each action; daily use means Pro.
Everything starts from text you already have or a short prompt. In the web app or the extension you paste a passage or message, choose Fix, Edit, Create or Reply, and copy the result back; the vendor describes the extension as working wherever you write, naming Google Docs, Slack and email. On iOS and Android the AI keyboard brings Fix and Reply, and on Pro Edit and Create, into the apps you type in; Reply fits most naturally there because it can read the email thread you are answering. ParagraphAI is online only and needs a stable connection.
Quick fit check against how you actually work.
What you can actually do with this tool.
Fix corrects grammar across a whole passage at once, and Edit's real-time filters then adjust the tone without a rewrite; the Pro card lists the extra controls.
Paste the message you need to answer, add any context you want reflected, and Reply drafts a response.
Create writes messages, emails, reports and articles from a prompt. Templates save a reusable instruction with an example message, and the templates page says Pro can keep up to 10 in use at a time.
Attachments pulls information out of uploaded PDFs, scans or links to draft from, and the writing actions work across 40+ languages.
The same account works in the web app, the desktop app, the iOS and Android apps and keyboards, and the browser extension, which the help centre lists for Chrome, Edge, Opera, Arc, Brave and other Chromium-based browsers. On Pro, a saved History follows you across them.
Pricing tiers and what's included in each.
Common questions about this tool, answered.
The pricing page lists Free, Pro and Enterprise, the last priced on request; the help centre describes only Free and Pro. If you need team features such as brand-voice controls, ask ParagraphAI about Enterprise directly.
Through Stripe if you subscribe in the web app or extension, or through the App Store or Google Play if you subscribe on a phone, and you cancel in the same place. The terms say refunds are issued only where the law requires them.
ParagraphAI says it works only with models that have a zero data retention policy and that your inputs are not used for training. The model provider is not named on its home page or help article.
The help centre lists Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Arc, Brave and other Chromium-based browsers for the extension and names neither Firefox nor Safari, so check with ParagraphAI before relying on it there; the web app and the phone keyboard are separate routes in.
ParagraphAI markets a Humanize feature that it describes as making AI-generated text sound human and helping it pass AI detection. That is the vendor's own description, not an independent finding; if you write under a school's or employer's AI rules, those rules apply whatever the tool claims.
