Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Suited to marketing teams that want fast, directional audience reactions to messaging before they write it up in their brand voice. The twins are simulated respondents, so treat their answers as a model of an audience rather than survey results. All usage draws on one daily credit budget that resets at midnight UTC without rollover, and API and MCP access start at Pro.
Plans are billed monthly or annually; only the annual rates are published. Monthly plans can be cancelled after the first month with one month's notice. Annual plans run twelve months and, for business customers, renew for another twelve unless cancelled at least 60 days before the term ends, while consumers can cancel with one month's notice once the twelve months are over. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rata charge and downgrades at the next billing cycle. The 7-day trial takes a card and starts the subscription after day 7 unless cancelled, and only accounts that never had a paid subscription qualify. Refunds are reviewed case by case at neuroflash's discretion.
It is a web app with no native iOS or Android app; it works in a mobile browser, but the help centre says it is not optimised for mobile. A browser extension exists for Chrome: the pricing table lists a Chrome and Firefox extension, while the help centre says there is currently no Firefox version.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Simulated respondents answer questions about an idea or rate drafts before you publish. The vendor says they are built from survey data on over a million real people since 2017.
Copy is generated in a stored brand voice with SEO scoring, and images are generated in the same workspace; Unsplash images, Seobility SEO analysis and a plagiarism check are built in.
Text, images, twin answers and API or MCP calls all draw on one daily budget: 25,000 credits on Essential, 250,000 per user on Pro. Only generated output counts, stronger models use more credits per token, and unused credits do not carry over past the 00:00 UTC reset.
From Pro, an API and a hosted MCP server let MCP-capable AI assistants and coding tools query your twins and write in your brand voice. The API page also mentions separate API/MCP plans that work without an app subscription.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
Both. A Free plan covers occasional use, though no allowance is published for it. Essential and Pro carry a 7-day free trial for accounts that have never had a paid subscription; a card is taken and charged after day 7 unless you cancel.
neuroflash gives two estimates: about 10 a day on the pricing page and about 25 a day in the help centre's capacity article. Both are examples drawn from the same 25,000-credit daily budget, which text and image generation also use.
neuroflash claims no rights in generated text or images and leaves their use to you, within its acceptable-use rules. Its help centre notes that whether you hold copyright in an AI image depends on your own creative contribution.
neuroflash says customer content is not used to train its models. Prompts and outputs go to the underlying model provider (OpenAI is named) to run the service, under an agreement that they are not used for that provider's training.
