What is this tool?

Support and CX leaders at larger organisations can deploy Maven's agents to handle and act on customer requests across channels, inside their existing help desk and telephony. Expect a sales-led evaluation: the public site publishes no prices, plans, free plan or self-serve trial, and its help centre and documentation sit behind a customer login.

Maven's agents plug into the help desk, CRM and telephony a company already uses. Featured integrations are Zendesk, Salesforce and Freshdesk, the product pages say Maven also works inside Intercom and Genesys, and an agent copilot runs inside Zendesk and Salesforce. CX teams adjust and test agent behaviour in a no-code workspace before changes go live.

Maven publishes no prices or plan tiers on its public site: its pricing address leads to a demo-booking page, and the site offers a free personalised demo rather than a free plan or self-serve trial. Its help centre and support centre require a customer login.

On security, Maven states on its trust centre, security and legal pages that it holds ISO 27001:2022, PCI-DSS Level 1 and SOC 2 Type II, with HIPAA/HITECH assessment, and says sensitive information is never used to train models. Its pages disagree on the rest: the trust centre lists ISO 42001, 27701, 27017 and 27018 as active certifications, while the Legal & Privacy page says those certifications, and GDPR, CCPA and CPRA attestations, are expected in the first quarter of 2026. Ask Maven which reports are current before procurement.

Is this right for you?

Quick fit check against how you actually work.

Choose this if
  • You run customer support at scale on Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Intercom or Genesys and want AI agents working inside that stack
  • You need one agent across chat, messaging, email and phone, including voice on your existing telephony
  • You want agents that carry out account actions themselves and pass the conversation to a person, with context, when needed
Consider alternatives if
  • You want self-serve sign-up, a free plan or published prices; Maven's site lists none and starts with a demo
  • You need to read product documentation before talking to sales; Maven keeps its help and support centres behind a customer login
  • Your procurement depends on the additional ISO certifications Maven names; its pages disagree on whether they are held now or still expected, so confirm with Maven first

Key features

What you can actually do with this tool.

Agents that act

Agents reason over the company's systems of record without migrating data and can carry out actions such as refunds and account updates before handing off to a person.

One agent across channels

Web chat, in-app messaging, SMS, WhatsApp, social DMs, email, real-time voice and internal channels such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Voice on existing telephony

Maven Voice connects over SIP, PSTN and WebRTC and works with Twilio, RingCentral, Cisco, Zendesk Talk and Genesys.

Test before release

A workspace where CX teams tune agent behaviour and test changes against real scenarios before customers see them, without engineering work.

Frequently asked

Common questions about this tool, answered.

How much does Maven AGI cost?

No prices or plans appear on Maven's public site; cost is agreed with its sales team after a demo.

Is there a free trial?

The public site offers a free personalised demo, not a free plan or a self-serve trial, and it publishes no trial terms; a customer testimonial on the home page refers to a trial, so ask Maven about evaluation terms when booking the demo.

Which certifications does Maven hold?

Maven's trust centre, security and legal pages all state SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS Level 1 and ISO 27001:2022, plus a HIPAA/HITECH assessment. For ISO 42001, 27701, 27017 and 27018 its pages disagree: the trust centre lists them as active, the Legal & Privacy page says they are expected in the first quarter of 2026. Confirm with Maven.
