MARA earns its place in hotels and hotel groups that want every guest review answered in a consistent voice and, on Core or Intelligence, want to see which topics move their scores. The practical limit to weigh is publishing: replies post from inside MARA only on Google, Booking.com, Expedia and TripAdvisor, and for every other portal someone pastes them across.
Day to day, MARA runs from the Review Inbox. Its help centre, in an article dated October 27, 2025, says new reviews from the connected portals arrive in a daily update around 2am CET and can take up to 24 hours to appear. A team member opens a review, generates a draft, which is new each time, edits it and publishes it, in one click on the directly connected portals once an admin has switched them on, or by pasting it into the others. Automation rules can then take the routine reviews off the queue.
The other half of the product treats the same reviews as data, and on Intelligence a connected property-management system adds room- and rate-level analysis. Read-only API and MCP access on Core and Intelligence lets reviews, analytics and service tickets flow into your own BI tools.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Reviews from Google, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Trip.com, Agoda, HRS, HolidayCheck, Airbnb, Hostelworld and OpenTable land in a single Review Inbox, with a daily or weekly email digest so nobody has to log in to check.
Brand Voice trains on the replies your hotel has already published, with MARA's standard tones (formal, business casual or casual) as the alternative; the help centre has an article on why Brand Voice may not be available for a property, so check that it applies to yours. Smart Snippets add standing instructions for recurring topics, and MARA answers in the language the guest wrote in.
Once an admin activates the integrations, replies to Google, Booking.com, Expedia and TripAdvisor publish from the inbox in one click. Other sites use Copy & Open, or the Chrome extension, which drafts a reply to text you highlight on any page and copies it to your clipboard.
Rules can have a draft waiting for every new review each morning, or publish replies automatically on the four directly connected platforms, by default only for reviews of four stars and above, according to a MARA help-centre article dated July 22, 2026.
Every plan includes AI review analytics on the topics guests raise; on Core and Intelligence, impact scores show which topics have the biggest effect on your rating, and a group overview compares properties.

MARA's pricing page lists three paid plans. What it offers instead is a two-week trial with 40 AI review replies and every feature, with no credit card required.
Prices are quoted per property per month. The pricing page opens on its Yearly view, showing 70, 130 and 210 € for Lite, Core and Intelligence, billed annually; its Monthly view shows 100, 160 and 290 €, but those cards also read "billed annually" while the page's structured data calls them monthly. You can pay by card or SEPA debit, by invoice only on annual subscriptions, and invoices are issued in euros. Cancellation takes effect at the next cancellation date under your contract.
Lite includes 150 AI replies per property a month and Core and Intelligence 500, pooled across your account, and the allowance resets monthly even on yearly contracts. Extra replies cost 0.30 € each, but only if an admin sets an overage cap, which is zero by default.
