Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Lyro makes most sense inside Tidio, for a small e-commerce or SaaS support team that wants routine questions answered automatically and a clean handoff for the rest. Trying it costs nothing: every account gets 50 free Lyro conversations, and a 7-day trial needs no card. Forecasting cost is the hard part. Tidio's pricing page sells conversation quotas while getlyro.ai describes a credit wallet charged per resolution, so treat the pricing model as unresolved until Tidio reconciles the two.
Setting Lyro up is mostly a content job. You point it at the pages it should learn from, decide when it should hand over to a person, connect the channels it should answer on and, for a store, the catalogue it may recommend from. It runs inside Tidio's inbox, so agents pick up handed-off conversations where Lyro left them, with the recent history visible.

What you can actually do with this tool.
You give Lyro the URLs of specific pages, a subdomain or the whole site, and it answers from that content. Its answers are only as good as those pages: gaps in your help content become gaps in Lyro.
When the answer is not in its data, Lyro passes the conversation to a human agent with the history and context. It can see three hours back into a customer's recent history.
Live chat, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and email are covered by the same agent, so the rules you set apply wherever the question arrives.
Shopify and WooCommerce connect through dedicated integrations and other platforms through OpenAPI. Uploading a product feed directly is limited to Tidio's Plus plan.

It depends on which Tidio page you read. Tidio's pricing page sells Lyro as a stand-alone plan from $32.50 a month for 50 Lyro conversations on annual billing, or bundled into Tidio's Starter, Growth and Plus plans, and counts a conversation as billable once Lyro has replied at least once. getlyro.ai describes a prepaid wallet instead: $1 buys 1,000 credits, which are spent only when a conversation is resolved, with no seats or platform fee, and handoffs to a person spend nothing. Those are different units as well as different prices. Get a written quote for the model you would actually be billed on.
Yes. Tidio gives every account its first 50 Lyro conversations free, for life, and a 7-day trial that needs no card and drops back to the Free plan unless you upgrade. getlyro.ai also lets you build an agent and test it against past tickets before spending anything.
