Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Support teams that want routine WhatsApp questions answered automatically, with a human taking over when needed, get that inside a wider multi-channel platform. Budget for two bills: a Kommunicate plan priced by the AI agents, team members and conversations it includes, and Meta's own WhatsApp messaging fees, paid through Meta Business Manager. Campaign messaging and API access are listed from Professional, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial without a card.
Connect a WhatsApp Business number through 360Dialog, Twilio or Meta's Cloud API, train the AI agent on existing FAQs and data, and let it answer routine questions. Conversations it cannot resolve go to human agents, who work WhatsApp chats in the same Kommunicate dashboard as web, mobile, Telegram and Instagram conversations.
Kommunicate sells platform plans rather than a WhatsApp-only plan. The pricing page lists Starter at $40 a month billed monthly or $34 billed yearly, and Professional at $200 a month or $167 billed yearly; Enterprise is priced through sales. Plans are sized by AI agents, team members and monthly conversations, where a conversation is every message exchanged in one session. WhatsApp is included in every plan, but the messaging itself is billed by Meta through the customer's Meta Business Manager account.
The terms of service, last updated on 9 January 2021, state that amounts paid are non-refundable and that stopping use during a subscription term earns no refund.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
The WhatsApp channel is included in every Kommunicate plan, but WhatsApp messaging is paid to Meta. Kommunicate's documentation says Meta sets its fees by message category and user location and bills them through your Meta Business Manager account, with no Kommunicate markup; a payment method must be added there before sending live messages.
Any plan: the pricing page lists WhatsApp among Starter's channels, and the Cloud API documentation says the integration is included across all plans. Campaign messaging and API or webhook access are listed on Professional; the WhatsApp documentation describes sending template messages through the API without naming a plan.
Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is needed to start it. The pricing page and the platform home page list no standing free plan.
Through one of three routes named in the developer documentation: 360Dialog, Twilio or Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. The Cloud API route is configured in Meta's developer portal, tested with a sandbox number and then switched to the live business number.
