Browser AI video suite for musicians and creators: Canvas generation, beat-synced Beat Sync batches and a timeline Editor, on credit plans
Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Musicians and creators who want music-driven video can generate clips in Canvas and let Beat Sync cut images and footage to a track in batches, then finish in Editor. Beat Sync and premium models start at Creator ($29 a month), which also lists commercial use; the $10 Starter plan offers standard models without Beat Sync. Each generation's credit cost is shown before you generate, so budget credits for iteration; the $5 five-day trial converts to Creator unless changed.
Sign in at kaiber.ai and work across three workspaces that share one Media Library. Canvas generates images, video clips and audio, with each generation's credit cost shown beside the generate button; Beat Sync takes images, clips and a song and returns batches of beat-cut videos with optional lyrics or captions; Editor assembles the pieces on a timeline and exports them. On a phone, Kaiber runs in the mobile browser with a subset of standalone workflows (the vendor says over 20); the full Canvas model range, Editor projects and the extra Beat Sync options are desktop-browser features.
Plans are sold monthly or annually, and the pricing page labels the annual option '20% off'. Upgrading takes effect at once and adds the extra credits immediately; after a downgrade or cancellation from the account page, access continues to the end of the billing period. The terms, last modified on 15 October 2024, state that payments are non-refundable except as the agreement provides. On whether unused credits expire, Kaiber's pages disagree: the help centre says credits do not expire and roll over month to month, while the terms say credits expire one year after purchase or issuance if unused, unless otherwise specified at purchase. Confirm with Kaiber before building up a credit balance.
Under the terms the user owns their inputs and the outputs generated from them, excluding third-party content, and may use outputs for any purpose that complies with the agreement.

Aggregate community sentiment, summarized — not native reviews.
Six accounts across four YouTube videos (2023 to 2024) describe using Kaiber to make music videos or music visualisers, one of them for a client. After the late-2024 canvas redesign, then called Superstudio, nine accounts across five videos (October 2024 to April 2025) found the new workspace confusing or hard to learn, four of them contrasting it with the simpler earlier version, while two others found it more intuitive or freeing. Five accounts across four videos from the same period describe credits being used up quickly, one noting that credits are spent before you know whether a result is usable. None of these comments is more recent than April 2025.
What you can actually do with this tool.
Generates video, images and audio with a choice of third-party models, plus curated one-click workflows such as Animate Image, Edit Image, Make Them Talk and Character Lip Sync.
Turns uploaded images, clips and a music track into beat-synced videos without prompting, in batches (up to two videos on Creator, up to ten on Pro), with auto-clipping and auto-generated lyrics or captions.
A timeline editor for assembling clips, audio, transitions and text and exporting in several aspect ratios.
Canvas, Beat Sync and Editor share one Media Library; projects and assets from the earlier Superstudio carried over when the name was retired.
Pricing tiers and what's included in each.
Common questions about this tool, answered.
The entry offer is a paid trial: $5 for 5 days with full access to Canvas, Editor and Beat Sync and 500 credits, one per account, converting to the Creator monthly plan after 5 days unless changed. No free plan is listed on the pricing page or in the help centre's plans article; the terms only say Kaiber may make a free tier available for non-commercial use.
Plans include monthly credits (500 on Starter, 1,500 on Creator, 5,000 on Pro, unlimited on Visionary), and one-off credit packs run from 300 credits for $5 to 20,000 for $250. Each generation's cost depends on type, model and duration and is shown before you generate. On expiry the two sources split: Kaiber's help centre says unused credits roll over and do not expire, its terms that they expire a year after purchase or issuance unless otherwise specified.
The plans list commercial use on Creator and Pro, and the terms give the user ownership of inputs and outputs (excluding third-party content). Kaiber's plan pages and terms do not say in words whether Starter outputs may be used commercially, and any free tier is limited to non-commercial use.
Phones use the mobile browser, which offers a subset of the workflows; the full suite needs a desktop browser. The help centre says there is no app to download, but an iPhone app named Kaiber, from Kaiber, is still listed on the App Store; the two sources disagree.
