Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
Built for CRM and lifecycle teams at consumer brands sending at volume through a platform such as Braze, who want copy optimised for revenue and repeat purchase rather than opens. The fit turns on the commercial model as much as the product: Jacquard's website and subscription agreement publish no price, free plan or self-serve sign-up, so you book a demo, agree an Order Form with a send-volume entitlement and pay an invoiced annual contract that does not refund. The same contract limits you to your own campaigns, so agencies writing for clients need that agreed in the Order Form.
Jacquard runs as a web platform, with campaigns executed through the customer engagement platform you already use; Jacquard describes an API-first model so generation can be triggered from the engagement platform or website without opening a dashboard. The loop is simple to describe: a marketer gives a brief, Jacquard's generation layer produces many on-brand variants through its multi-agent architecture with deterministic brand and regulatory filters, its prediction layer ranks them before deployment, the winners go out across email, SMS, push and web, and the results train the brand model for next time. Braze is the one engagement platform Jacquard names as integrated in a live deployment, in its TUI stories; everything else is described generically as the ESPs, CDPs and messaging platforms you already run. Multi-language work is documented for English and German in the same stories. A Brand Insights module about how your brand reads in AI inbox summaries and AI search is marked coming soon and is not available.
Buying it is a sales process. The only free item on the website is a brand analyser that emails you a Brand Read; it is a preview, not an account on the platform. Pricing is set per customer in an Order Form under the Master Subscription Agreement, as a Platform License with a Send Volume entitlement plus optional add-ons, invoiced annually with no credit cards; the plan card and the pricing question below carry the term, renewal and refund details. Set-up also asks for your brand guidelines and historical success metrics, supplied to a Jacquard employee rather than entered in a self-serve flow.
The contract settles the questions that usually need a security review. You own and are assigned the outputs, but you may use the platform only for your own marketing campaigns; creating marketing language for third parties needs written agreement in an Order Form, which agencies should raise before signing. Jacquard acts as data processor for customer data, is headquartered in the UK with servers in Ireland, publishes a Data Processing Addendum and an Information Security Addendum, and states that it will not use your confidential information to train any large language model, while retaining de-identified aggregated data to improve the platform. You are responsible for every output once you approve it.
Quick fit check against how you actually work.
What you can actually do with this tool.
Give Jacquard a brief and it writes every part of the message in your brand voice for each channel, then predicts how each version will perform and puts the strongest first, so a campaign never leads with a guess.
A global performance model trained on the vendor's historical send results, a brand model that learns from your campaign history, approvals, rejections, voice and compliance limits, and, once you share customer attributes, personalisation of the whole message per recipient.
Performance finds the next line, segment or moment predicted to lift revenue; Compliance checks disclaimers, claims, opt-outs and regions before anything ships; Brand enforces voice and guardrails at generation time; and Jacq, the orchestrator, runs the other three and brings the work to your team for one-click approval. Jacquard says Jacq lives in your Slack and also works from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
Jacquard says it optimises for sales, revenue, repeat customers and lifetime value rather than opens and clicks. Its Optimise campaigns learn about one audience; Contextual Messaging runs one campaign across many contextual categories at once using a contextual multi-armed bandit.
Set-up needs your brand and tone-of-voice guidelines; generation runs through deterministic brand and regulatory filters; and you approve every output before it is used. You own the outputs under the contract.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
Jacquard publishes no price, tier or allowance on its website or in its subscription agreement. The Master Subscription Agreement describes a Platform License with a Send Volume entitlement, optional Lifecycle and Contextual add-ons and a Total Annual Contract Value, all set in a negotiated Order Form. The default term is twelve months, auto-renewing unless either party gives 30 days' notice; fees are invoiced and payable within 30 days, are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and Jacquard does not accept credit cards. Usage or overage fees apply only where the Order Form says so.
Not on the platform. The website offers a free brand analyser, with no card needed, that reads your public pages and emails you a Brand Read; Jacquard describes it as one email with no sequences or sales calls. It is a marketing preview, not a plan. On its marketing and legal pages Jacquard publishes no free tier or time-limited trial of the platform itself, and platform access under the agreement is subject to payment of fees; to evaluate the product you book a demo.
Yes. The business was founded in 2015 as Phrasee, known for AI subject lines, and announced the Jacquard name in June 2024. It is operated by Jacquard Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, with subsidiaries in the United States and Canada.
Jacquard says it connects to the ESPs, CDPs and messaging platforms you already run, and records your customer engagement platform in the Order Form. The only platform it names as integrated in a live deployment is Braze, in its TUI customer stories. Its website has no integrations page and no help centre, so ask about your specific platform during the demo.
Only with Jacquard's written agreement. The Master Subscription Agreement assigns the outputs to the customer but restricts use of the platform to the customer's own marketing campaigns; creating marketing language for third parties needs to be agreed in an Order Form. An agency should raise multi-brand use before signing rather than assume it.
