Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
For a busy professional or client-facing team on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Fyxer's appeal is an inbox already sorted, with replies drafted, when they sit down, without changing email client. Drafted replies and automatic labelling are not on the Free plan, so anyone choosing it as an email writer starts at Pro, after a 14-day trial of Team.
Fyxer connects to a Gmail or cloud-hosted Outlook account and works inside it rather than replacing it. Emails that need a reply get a draft in your tone; everything else is labelled and, if you choose, filed out of the inbox. You keep using Gmail or Outlook as before and decide what gets sent. Meetings follow the same idea: Fyxer joins the calls you choose and leaves notes, and on paid plans a drafted follow-up.
Usage is measured in credits. Recording costs a credit a minute and inbox sorting a fifth of a credit per email, while Pro includes 3,000 credits a month per member and Team 6,000, pooled. At launch both get unlimited credits for the first three months. Fyxer warns at 80% and 100% of the allowance and pauses sorting first; after the launch offer, extra credits can be bought on paid plans. Fyxer's pricing page and help articles give different chat-message costs, and two help articles differ on whether drafting uses credits at all, so check your usage in the first weeks.
Billing is per paid seat: one member is one seat however many inboxes or calendars they connect, read-only viewers are free, and everyone in an organisation is on the same plan. Every sign-up starts on a 14-day Team trial and drops to Free if you do not choose a plan.
Fyxer states SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance, and HIPAA terms are an Enterprise option; how Fyxer uses your email for AI training is covered under "Does Fyxer use my email to train AI?".
Quick fit check against how you actually work.
What you can actually do with this tool.
Fyxer reads your inbox, picks out the emails that need an answer and writes a draft reply in your style, left in your own inbox. You review, edit and send; Fyxer says it never sends an email on your behalf.
Incoming email is labelled into categories such as To respond, FYI and Marketing, and you choose which categories stay in the inbox and which are filed into folders. Correcting a label teaches it. On Pro and Team, sorting is metered at five emails per credit.
Fyxer can join Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls you choose and take notes; Pro and above add video and a drafted follow-up email after each meeting. The security page says participants are notified before it joins.
Spaces collect notes and context per client or project, Flows run routines automatically, and AI chat answers questions about your work; these are the newer parts of the product, and on Free they are limited to three personal Spaces and chat within 400 credits.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
No. The help centre says inbox labelling and draft replies are not included on Free; they start with Pro. Free includes one mailbox, three Spaces, a weekly briefing and 400 credits a month for chat and audio meeting notes.
Pro is $37 per person a month billed annually or $49 billed monthly, Team is $64 annually or $99 monthly, and Enterprise is an annual contract priced by sales. Annual billing is charged upfront for the year. Teams pay per paid member.
Fyxer's pages answer this two ways. Its help centre says Fyxer trains its own private models on your data by default, with an opt-out per user or for the whole organisation, and its pricing page says you can opt out at any time; its security page answers "No", saying your data is never used to train third-party models and that Fyxer only processes your emails and meetings to make it work for you. Data already used cannot be removed from models that have been built, so ask Fyxer which applies and set the opt-out before connecting a shared or sensitive inbox.
No. Fyxer drafts replies in your inbox and you decide what gets sent; its security page says it never sends an email on your behalf.
Fyxer introduced new plans and pricing in September 2026. Its help centre says existing customers can stay on legacy plans such as Starter and Professional, with no current deadline to move.
