Create an account in the browser, pick a headshot package or a photo pack, choose attire and backgrounds, and upload a few selfies (the photo generator asks for six). Aragon emails when the album is ready; you preview every photo and download the ones you want. Uploads must show adults only, and only people who have consented. The free headshot generator follows the same route without payment details, with fewer outfit and background choices and lower resolution.

The refund policy offers a complimentary redo or a 100% refund on headshot packages, provided the request arrives within 14 calendar days of purchase and no photos have been downloaded; team accounts get only partial refunds for unused credits. Photo-generator subscriptions renew on their own; cancelling from the account dashboard stops the next renewal, the paid period runs out with no refund for its unused part, and only the most recent charge is refundable, within 14 days and only if no credits were used. On the pricing page the package prices sit beside struck reference prices of $44, $56 and $94 under a '20% off all packages limited time only!' banner: the vendor's own wording makes this a time-limited offer, not a standing discount.

The terms assign Aragon's rights in the output to you, if any, for personal or commercial use, but warn that similar output may be produced for other users and that uniqueness and freedom from third-party rights are not guaranteed. Face data is processed only with consent given at sign-up, kept from third-party model training by contract, not sold, and deleted or anonymised within 30 days of delivery, longer for active subscribers or under an organisation's settings and at most one year. Aragon states SOC 2 Type II compliance, naming Prescient Security as the assessor.
