Fast-read signals for fit, pricing, and trust.
With a data team and a cloud warehouse already in place, an agency, retail media network or data provider can use Akkio to automate campaign planning, reporting and audience work on its own data. Access starts with a sales conversation and a demo, and Akkio's pricing page publishes no plan, price or allowance.
Connect the agency's data, from cloud warehouses and first-party campaign datasets to planning, buying and measurement tools, and Akkio maps and prepares it. Teams then ask questions in chat, build forecasts and predictive models, produce reports and dashboards, and push audience segments to the ad platforms they buy on. Akkio's help centre describes these connections by example rather than as a fixed list.
The pricing page lists one offer, the Enterprise AI Analytics Platform, priced on request. Under its Platform Terms of Service, fees are set in each Order, an Order runs month to month until terminated, and a customer that terminates for convenience is not refunded fees already paid; the customer owns its data and the models it generates.
Akkio states SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, encryption in transit with TLS and at rest, annual third-party penetration tests and control monitoring through Drata, which it also uses for HIPAA controls; its FAQ says client data and models are siloed per client and client data is not used for general model training. The same FAQ sets two limits: the platform is not designed for millisecond-level real-time bidding or execution, and raw prediction logs and decision-tree structures are not exposed by default.

What you can actually do with this tool.
Questions asked in plain language are answered by code Akkio generates and executes directly in the customer's data warehouse.
An AutoML engine builds forecasts and predictive models, results are presented as visualisations and reports, and agents handle audience, strategy and performance tasks within campaign workflows.
Segments are deployed to DV360, Meta, The Trade Desk, TikTok, Amazon and Snapchat through The Trade Desk's PlatformOne.
Akkio describes itself as LLM-agnostic and names Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini among the models it works with.
Runs as a hosted service or inside the customer's own cloud, with AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure named as examples, where it inherits existing data permissions and security controls.

Common questions about this tool, answered.
Through sales. Akkio's pricing page offers custom pricing through Contact Sales and prints no figure, and its home and booking pages lead to a demo. Its help centre describes accounts created by invite or through the organisation's email domain.
Same company, different focus. Akkio's current pages describe an enterprise platform for media agencies and data providers sold through sales, while its older product documentation, with connectors such as Google BigQuery, Salesforce and Zapier and a REST API, covers the earlier self-serve product.
Not according to Akkio: its FAQ says client data is never shared or used for general model training, models are customised only for the client's own data and environment, and data and models are kept separate per client.
